Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, customers must send us an unboxing video on the same day that the product is received. This video can be sent to us via WhatsApp or email. Additionally, customers have 2 days to send us their booking order along with the tracking receipt. For instance, if you received your courier on January 1, 2023, you should send it back to us before January 3, 2023, and provide us with the courier tracking number. Customers are responsible for choosing their own courier service, such as DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc., but please ensure that any other courier service selected has location tracking capabilities so that we can trace the location. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
Refunds:
A sum of 200 rs will be deducted from all products at the time of refund. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are maintaining a high level of hygiene, and this amount will be used to perform elementary-level sterilization, sanitization, cleaning and washing. This ensures that the product is fresh and safe for another person who will be using it.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders:
For Cash on Delivery orders, certain fees are deducted from the main amount of the product because courier companies charge extra amounts other than delivery charges like cash handling charges. We assure you that this extra Cash on Delivery charge will be between 50 rs to 300 rs, and there are no fees for prepaid orders.
Refunds for Chemo Wigs and Medi Wigs:
Our company takes pride in providing high-quality products that cater to people with sensitive skin types, such as Chemo Wigs and Medi Wigs. For all the returned wigs, it is considered that the wig is worn by the customer for trial and is touched by different people. Therefore, a special medical service of wig cleaning is done, for which a cost of 1000 rs is charged to the customer who returned the wig.
