Our company uses express shipping to deliver packages to our customers. The processing time for all orders is 1-2 weeks, while international orders require 4-6 weeks to process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information via email and WhatsApp.
In the event that a domestic shipment is returned to us due to reasons such as the customer being unavailable, incorrect or incomplete shipping details, or the customer rejecting the parcel, there will be a deduction of ₹200 rs from the original amount. International orders
As the big wig company, we would like to inform our customers of our international shipping policy. For any international orders, we want to clarify that we are not responsible for any fees such as customs fees or taxes associated with your shipment upon delivery. All international orders are shipped using the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) method from our warehouse located in Lucknow, India. This means that any fees related to duties, fees, and import taxes are not included in the price displayed on our website. Thus, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any charges that may be determined by their local customs authority in order to receive their order from the local carrier or government. Please note that the big wig company does not collect these fees and they must be paid to collect your package.
